    薛香香,女,1982年出生,山西侯马人,中共党员,中国科学院国家天文台研究员,中国科学院光学天文重点实验室副主任。2009年获得博士学位。2011年至2016年在德国马普天文研究所从事博士后研究(2013-2015洪堡学者)。于2017年通过人才引进计划入职中科院国家天文台工作至今。研究成果曾入选全国十大天文科技进展和德国Ernst-Patzer-Preis最佳论文奖。主要从事银河系结构形成和演化方面的研究。至今发表SCI论文近40篇,引用1600余次,h因子19。先后承担国家自然科学基金项目2项、载人航天工程项目科学课题1项,作为子课题负责人参与完成国家重点研发计划1项。
