秦波，男，1968年生，陕西西安人，中国科学院国家天文台研究员，博士生导师。主要从事暗物质、宇宙学、星系团、理论天体物理等方面研究。973项目课题负责人、国家自然科学基金面上项目、中国科学院重点项目课题负责人等。曾主持国家留学基金委“中澳、中英SKA联合博士生计划”。作为中方代表先后任职国际SKA组织战略与业务发展委员会、政府间正式谈判工作组、出资工作组、董事会等。任中澳天文中心ACAMAR管理委员会成员。
