刘鸿飞,男,1978年出生,吉林通化人,中共党员,中国科学院国家天文台高级工程师. 2006年获得吉林大学博士学位。于2006年入职中科院国家天文台工作至今,2008年-2019年任FAST工程接收机与终端系统副总工程师。2017年获得贵州省科学技术进步二等奖;2014年获国家天文台青年基金项目资助;2019年获得国家自然科学基金天文联合基金项目资助;2019年获得国家重点研发计划战略性国际科技创新合作重点项目资助;2022年获得国家自然科学基金面上项目资助。主要从事射电天文低温接收机及其核心器件研究。研究成果发表于国际知名期刊,包括Optics Express,Research in Astronomy and Astrophysics等,总计40余篇,第一作者SCI论文9篇;获授权专利4项。主持完成国家自然科学基金项目1项、主持在研国家自然科学基金项目1项、作为课题负责人在研国家重点研发计划项目1项、参与完成国家重点研发计划2项、参与完成国家自然科学基金国际合作重点项目1项。
