辛立平,男,1982年出生,山西石楼人,中国科学院国家天文台副研究员,中法天文卫星科学应用系统副总设计师。2010年获得中国科学院研究生院博士学位。主要从事伽马射线暴、引力波电磁对应体、快速射电暴、恒星耀发等方面的研究。研究成果发表于国内外知名期刊。先后主持或参与多项国家自然科学基金项目项。
